We produce CO-extruded, Mono-Compound elements, with or without Wire Carrier – Metal Carrier – Butile / Hot Melt – Coating – Flock – Bi-adhesive
– Vulcanization and adhesive bonding
All profiles/seals can also be manufactured as ring or frame elements through hot-vulcanization or adhesive bonding, this latter using proper rubber-friendly adhesives which do not crystallize and maintain a rubber-like elasticity.
– Die cuts, Milled elements/parts
Patterned die cuts are generally drawn from slabs/sheets of various sizes and materials – whether compact, sponge, with or without adhesive -. Once cut, these pieces can also be milled to improve their fitting and usability. Part pieces are drawn from extruded parts/profiles – i.e. soft or semi-rigid materials with a minimum length of 2 mm and a starting length tolerance of +0.2% on the nominal size
